Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything: Subclass Changes, Part 1

Hey, folks! Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything is here, and with it come a plethora of new subclasses to try. These subclasses appeared in previous Unearthed Arcana articles. In these posts, I’ll compare the Unearthed Arcana versions of these mechanics to the official versions present in Tasha’s.

Player Prep: Waiting Between Sessions

It’s hard to wait for the next D&D session! As a Dungeon Master, I’m happy to have some time to prep the next part of the adventure. But, as a player, it’s much more difficult to be patient. Giving Feedback on DM’s Guild Products

If you’ve ever used the Dungeon Master’s Guild to make a purchase, you probably made a DM’s Guild or DriveThruRPG account to do so. That account keeps track of the purchases you’ve made so that you can download them again later.

It also reminds you of which products you’ve bought and haven’t rated or reviewed! The DM’s Guild allows you to leave a one to five star rating and write a review of the product you purchased. Anyone who visits the product page can also leave a comment.

If you purchased something on the DM’s Guild and liked it, I really recommend leaving some feedback for the creator! This can be as simple as leaving a rating. This affects the Average Rating that appears on the product page. The Average Rating shows both the star rating average and the total number of ratings. When you leave a rating, you’re contributing to that overall average.

We’ll get more information at the upcoming D&D Celebration event this September. But, for now, we already have some tidbits confirmed that I’m pretty curious about!

Looking at UA: Feats

July’s Unearthed Arcana introduces a variety of new feats for player characters. Feats are an optional mechanic in D&D. When you level up and get an Ability Score Increase, you can choose to instead take a feat. It’s up to your Dungeon Master whether your campaign will use these. Feats can help you customize your character according to your vision for them.

Let’s take a look at these new feats!
